Announcements:

Randy will confirm the date for the Claytor Lake event, mainly float fly and helicopters.

Old Business: Paul Offermann Memorial Fly-In is now confirmed for June 14 & 15 at the Salem field. Dave Reynolds is CD and can furnish anyone with details that may want to fly.

New Business: Roanoke County Board of Supervisors will vote next Tuesday as to banning of any RC airplane/car in county parks. You can show your support by just attending the meeting.

Contact Randy Elliott or Dave Reynolds for directions or carpooling if you want attend.

Joe Boling will be in touch with Dave Reynolds about a new battery for the tractor at Don’s farm. He can get us a better deal than we can get elsewhere. Thanks in advance for the help, Dave.

Tentative workday for Loving Field is set for April 19. Some trees can be cut at the southern end of field where the gas lines pass through. Clint Ison and Larry Vest both know of people will cut the trees for the wood. They will be in touch with Randy when their contacts confirm they will cut the trees. This will be discussed again at our April 17 meeting at Loving Field.
