Minutes of April 16^th Meeting

New Business:

The new flying times are as follows:

Nitro and Gas models can be flown only on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 10:00am until dusk. Electrics may be flown Monday, Wednesday Thursday Friday and Sunday from 10:00 am until dusk. These times may be changed by town council but will most probably be in effect for the next 6 months. Clint has requested that we all adhere to thes schedules and not give Bopp any excuses to report a violation to council.

It was generally discussed and approved that we will schedule several fun fly days over the next 3 to 4 months. No definite days were selected but we will need to start firming up plans soon.

There was discussion regarding holding several “ New Pilot” days where new members, just learning to fly, can work with our club pilot trainers to learn to fly. This would need further discussions as to when and who the trainers would be each day.
