 Randy Elliott, Doug Slate, Doug Trail, Elton Shelton, Steve Albert, Jimmy Worrell, Clint Ison, and  William Johnston.

 

Minutes/Last Meeting:   The secretary was not present to read the minutes, but we accepted the minutes as posted on the web site.

 

 

Treasurers Report:   The Treasurer was not present, so no report was given.

                                 

 

New Members/Guests:    

 

Announcements:              Burlington Swap meet in January.  Watch for details on the web site.

 

Old Business:         No old business.

             

New Business:   Election of officers for 2009 is as follows:

 

                                    President                      Clint Ison

                                    Vice President Jimmy Worrell

                                    Treasurer                      Larry Vest

                                    Secretary                      Woody Maddy

                                    Field Marshall   William Johnston

                                    Safety Officers  Ewell Lester and Steve Albert

                                   

In addition, Doug Slate will continue to act as Webmaster.        

 

Motion – Made by Steve Albert, seconded by Clint Ison to accept the changes modifications to the By-Laws.  Passed Unanimously.   Clint will update the By-Laws and have them posted on the web page.
