At Kimono Japanese Restaurant in Pulaski

Members Present : 13, Bill King, Joe Boling, Clint Ison, Doug Trail, Doug Slate, Steve Albert, Elton Shelton, Ewell Lester, Jason Liu, Woody Maddy, Dave Reynolds, Randy Elliott, and Chris Elliott.

Minutes/Last Meeting: Approved

Treasury Report: Approximate balance in checking, $* (from July, tractor repair probably has not been deducted)

New Members/Guests: Ray Reece, plans to join our club.

Announcement: Larry Vest will be in Chicago most of the time between now and the end of February. That’s why I don’t know the balance.

Old Business: None

New Business: Nominations for club officiers are as follows:

President – Jimmy Worrell, Clint Ison

Vice President – Steve Albert

Secretary – Woody Maddy

Safety Officier – Ewell Lester

Treasurer – Larry Vest

Web Master – Doug Slate

There is little or no opposition expected on these nominations. Voting will be held at the next meeting.

The charge for club dues will be reevaluated soon. No change has been made in them for a number of years.

Next Meeting: December 11, 2008. This is the second Thursday in December so the meeting will not be so close to Christmas. Look for an email from Randy as to the location.
